1. Delivery

At Khenz Wellness, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and safely. All orders placed on our website are processed within 1 business day and delivered the same day or next day, depending on your location and order time.

Deliveries are made directly to your provided address within our service areas.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is out for delivery, along with an estimated delivery window.

Our delivery team may contact you if there are any issues locating your address or if additional directions are needed.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address. Khenz Wellness is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or unavailable recipients.


2. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. For orders above a certain value, we may offer free delivery as part of promotions or loyalty programs.


3. Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. Orders can only be modified before they are out for delivery. Once the delivery is en route, cancellations or changes are not possible.


4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Certain products, including skincare, haircare, oral care, and any opened personal care items, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for collection of the product if approved.


5. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs, at no additional charge.


7. Lost or Failed Deliveries

Khenz Wellness is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or unavailability of the recipient. In such cases, our team will contact you to reschedule delivery.
